There was another way which requires downloading Windows 11 and deleting Appraiserres.dll but that stoped working three weeks ago (24/11/01). However, Appraiserres.dll can be edited with notepad and perhaps removing reference to tmp and secure boot may work as recommended by Samuria but I don't know.

Rufus is another way.

And Cloning a drive (I have one pC running 11) may work especially on similar PCs.
