MTG Style seat: forced posture correction. Forcing rather than building the muscles and habit so may not be good but prevents further injury when I have done in my back by sitting/slouching too much [https://www.amazon.com/MTG-Style-make-up-sheet-style/dp/B00LNZ7EBE/lacanianlinks with my affiliate link]. I get them second hand in Japan at about 50USD including postage and have three.
